Well things are going along as usual.
I am still working on getting my thesis committe together to do my thesis proposal but that has been going on for a while. Overall we are doing well with that. I am thinking that we are getting close to being successful on getting done with the Vegas seen. Anyway, I am feeling pretty good about things.
I do wish that I could get a bit more reaction out of my professor for getting equipment fixed or problems solved. He is pretty busy with all his other projects he has before him but it is dissapointing to struggle with problems and have to wait forever for help to fix them. Especially when his help will save months of time. Anyway that is all I have to say about that problem...
This week I am heading to Provo with the family and am quite excited for my break. I am going to take two weeks off to work on the websites, photograph, Fly fish and tie flys. Then I will be back to the drawing board. And honestly I will still work several hours a day on work. Just not twelve hours a day.
I am also excited for hanging out with family. Especially my sister Jenny. We always have a fun time birding, and hanging out. We are going to take up fly tying, or she is and I am going to teach her the ropes. Anyway. I am excited about that as well.
Probably the biggest level of excitement for my is that I will be getting a camera. Yep I am excited to start taking pictures again and filling up my hard drives. That as well is another project that I am going to work on. Organization of my photography. I also hope to add about another 2000 pictures to my online larders...
I guess that for now that is all. Oh wait. So I was substitute teaching the other day at a school and ran into a friend who I knew at BYUI when I was doing my Bachelors. Her name is Ashley Burgener. And yes I did go on a date or two with her. She was actually a much better friend to Alison. They had many church callings together and had alot of fun. Anyway she lives and teaching orchestra in Vegas. It is amazing the links we make and then reconnect later on to.
That is all for the day.
Enjoy!
